Welcome to the jewels of the North Cascades - the North Fork of the Nooksack River and the Sauk River. We will raft through canyons draped in moss, maneuver through rocks and narrow sections floating through areas only accessible via raft. The Nooksack and the Sauk are clean, glacier fed rivers that run late into the summer with their best water during May and June. If its sunshine youÕre after, come visit us on the Nooksack River in July and August. Enjoy spectacular mountain views in the Cascade Foothills as you float through Bald Eagle nesting grounds home to deer, elk, and the occasional black bear. We guarantee an awesome day on the river for the first time adventurer or the seasoned rafter. With a fast moving pace, this wild ride is always an adventure! |

Our river trips cater to small groups and are designed to be a full-fledged river adventure. We make multiple stops as we float down Washington's magnificent rivers to view wildlife, fossils, and stunning mountain vistas. Halfway down the river we prepare a fresh lunch platter including deluxe deli-style sandwiches and appetizers, which may include chips and salsa, fruit, and smoked salmon and cream cheese. Vegetarians will be pleased with avocados, cucumber, and hummus spreads. |

Visit us in the fall and winter for our spectacular wildlife floats. Fall in the Cascades signals the return of salmon to the wild rivers of Washington. Our Nooksack River hosts every species of salmon and the Sauk river is also a popular spawning grounds. Our trips in late July and August are virtually guaranteed a Bald Eagle sighting. Generally, we spot many more and some Salmon and other wildlife to boot. During the winter months we offer trips specifically to view seasonal Bald Eagles on the Skagit and Nooksack rivers. We have all the gear necessary to make these experiences just as enjoyable as the summer trips. |
